I really enjoyed the article linked to today's agenda. It really defined the word "social software" for me. The vignette about the father who found medical information which helped his baby was amazing. I've used google myself for information about family illnesses and even my dog's ACL. It's nice to be informed and get a variety of opinions.

I recently had to locate doctors for a specific problem. I called my sister in Chicago and she accessed all of the information within about thirty minutes that I could not have possibly accomplished!
I agree this article certainly made me more aware of the possibilities of different Social Software program.
